Certified Six Sigma Green Belt CSSGB (HKSQ) Registration Who are eligible Individuals who have fulfilled HKSQ requirements stated herein, and are members of HKSQ in good standing, are eligible to apply for registration. On approval of the registration, a certificate will be
issued to applicant and the registration needs to be re-certified on a tri-annual
basis. How to be certified (A) By successful completion of the Six Sigma Green Belt Training offered by HKSQ Individuals who had, in previous 2 years, attended the HKSQ six sigma green belt training course and passed the examination, can apply for registration as Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (HKSQ). (B) By Exemption Individuals who had, in previous 2 years, successfully completed a course accredited by HKSQ Accreditation Board, can apply for registration as Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (HKSQ). In both cases (A) and (B) above, the applicant has to be an individual member (student members excluded) of the HKSQ in good standing when he/she applies for certification registration. The certification registration will expire automatically when the holder ceases to be an individual member of HKSQ. A HKSQ Certificate will be awarded to successful applicants and they will be automatically registered for 3 years as Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (HKSQ), or CSSGB (HKSQ) in abbreviation, and their names will be listed on HKSQ's website provided that he/she is an individual member of HKSQ in good standing. Application Form How to be re-certified Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (HKSQ) whose registration will expire in 6 months' time can apply for re-certification. In order to be re-certified, such applicants must (1) accumulate 6 continuing professional development (CPD) units in the past 3 years, and (2) be an individual members of the Society for the past 3 years. A CSSGB (HKSQ) who is not re-certified before the expiration date of the
registration will be de-registered. Applications for reinstatement of the
qualification are regarded as new applications for registration. Benefits HKSQ members registered as Certified Six Sigma Green Belt under this scheme will be listed on HKSQ's website. Fees
